Duct Cleaning process :

To overcome these situations, air ducts need to be cleaned on regular interval and frequency of these jobs depends upon circumstances such as the age of the duct work, environment and nature of the business. Some of basic benefit of duct cleaning job is improved indoor air quality, greater cooling efficiency and increase in power consumption.

We are using robot in duct cleaning process which ensures 99% dust removed from Duct

We use robotic methods for cleaning ducts which involves minimum manual intervention in cleaning process. We are using crawling robot which have rotating brush, IR camera and high pressure air stream nozzle. Robot crawls into the duct and same can be monitored / controlled by control unit. IR camera records the cleaning process and we are producing the same to Management on requirement.

Duct will be decontaminated using a robot that performs inspection with IR camera, Brush and crawler, as well as decontamination process using compressed air.

Vacuum chamber is capacity of generating high pressured negative air and it collects 99.99% of dust.

We are also cleaning duct using foam and gel detergent spreading on demand.

Duct sanitation :

After duct cleaning we are also offering sanitation process on demand. We are spraying appropriate solvents to minimize the micro-organisms growth in duct. For this also we are having special equipment which will spray disinfectant liquid inside the duct.

Kitchenhood cleaning is the process of removing grease that has accumulated inside the ducts, hoods, fans and vents of exhaust systems of commercial kitchens.

Oil and grease accumulated kitchen exhaust systems eventually may become extreme fire hazards.

Even the exhaust in the hoods and ducts after a period of time starts dripping where the food is getting cooked. It thus contaminates the food which is unhygienic and may cause health problems. The exhausts, if not cleaned periodically may get chocked which put more load on the exhaust blowers, which increase the consumption of electricity and increased electricity bills. This even makes the kitchen hot and uncomfortable to work in.

Exhaust systems in hotels, restaurants, IT Park, theme park must be inspected regularly, at intervals consistent with usage, and it may be quarterly, half yearly or annually. Frequency of cleaning depends upon various factors such as usage of kitchen, volume of grease, oil deposited, and even climate is also the one of the factor for determining frequency.

The exhaust system is first scraped clean, and then washed clean with food-safe caustic chemicals and hot water pressure-washing where possible to safely collect the dissolved grease and water. We are special crawling robot for cleaning the vertical exhaust tower and it can climb up to 20 metres and using the specialized brushes it will scrap all the greases/oil contamination in exhaust tower.

By this we can clean the exhaust tower height up to 40 metres (130 feet approximately) which makes the oil and grease free exhaust system.

Whole process is monitored by control unit and we are recording the process with IR camera. We are producing the before cleaning and after cleaning photos for reference.

Hood sanitation:

After hood cleaning we are also offering sanitation process on demand. We are spraying appropriate chemicals to minimize the micro-organisms growth in hood. For this also our robot is designed with special sprinkler.

Air Balancing is the process of in which incoming air in HVAC system is tested and adjusted as per prescribed layout design. By adjusting this air flow will be as per the designed system and there will not be more air in one area and no air in another area. We are measuring the humidity and pressure, same is produced as report. We are using Manometer for measuring pressure and hydrometer for measuring humidity. We are also producing HVAC status as report at end of our work.
